The Forter integration cartridge is certified with the latest version of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (currently API version 21.2.0, Site Genesis version 105.2.0 and SFRA version 6.1.0).

It is typically backward compatible with older versions since it uses common and stable methods accessing the Customer, Order and Payment system objects.

Due to SFCC's deprecation of the pipelines architecture, Forter's latest cartridge versions no longer include full support or compatibility for older, Pipelines architecture. For specific questions or earlier pipelines-supported versions, please reach out to your dedicated Forter Technical Project Manager.
