Getting the Decision onto the Order

for post auth decisions, the outcome is written directly to the order forterdecision , forterreasoncode , forterorderlink , forterrecommendations , and fortermerchantpolicyid for pre auth decisions, there's no order yet, so the outcome is written to the basket first sfcc doesn't automatically copy basket custom attributes to the order, so the cartridge bridges the gap the basket values are copied into the session immediately after the forter call, then copied from the session onto the order once it's created the session values are cleared right after, so they don't leak into a later checkout
