Order Decision Testing
Order decisions are forced by which customer account places the order.

Forced approve
- Log in as [email protected].
- Place a test order.
- Verify in Business Manager: forterDecision is APPROVED, forterOrderLink is populated, forterRetryNumber is 0.
Forced decline
- Set forterCancelOrderOnDecline and forterShowDeclinedPage to true.
- Log in as [email protected].
- Place a test order.
- Verify in Business Manager: checkout is blocked, the customer sees the decline message, and the order status is FAILED.
[email protected] follows the same pattern: log in, place a test order, then verify forterDecision on the order is NOT_REVIEWED.
