Order decisions are forced by which customer account places the order.

| Test account             | Decision       |
| ------------------------ | -------------- |
| `approve@forter.com`     | `APPROVED`     |
| `decline@forter.com`     | `DECLINED`     |
| `notreviewed@forter.com` | `NOT_REVIEWED` |

## Forced approve

1. Log in as `approve@forter.com`.
2. Place a test order.
3. Verify in Business Manager: `forterDecision` is `APPROVED`, `forterOrderLink` is populated, `forterRetryNumber` is `0`.

## Forced decline

1. Set `forterCancelOrderOnDecline` and `forterShowDeclinedPage` to `true`.
2. Log in as `decline@forter.com`.
3. Place a test order.
4. Verify in Business Manager: checkout is blocked, the customer sees the decline message, and the order status is `FAILED`.

`notreviewed@forter.com` follows the same pattern: log in, place a test order, then verify `forterDecision` on the order is `NOT_REVIEWED`.
