The `ForterOrderUpdateSFRA` job reports order lifecycle changes back to Forter after checkout (completed, cancelled, or failed), since Forter's initial decision only reflects what's known at authorization time. This keeps Forter's fraud-ring detection accurate and feeds back into future decisions.

The job also includes the PSP authorization response (`order.custom.forterPspAuthResult`).
