Primer Dispute Webhook

access the developers section within the dashboard area of primer click the button to create a new webhook a pop up form will appear enter a name for your webhook we suggest something meaningful like "forter dispute webhook " in the url textbox, enter https //api forter secure com/webhooks/primer/disputes/\<your forter site id> using the site id from the https //portal forter com/app/integration/credentials/ check the dispute option and click add please make sure to register only to status events as opened are not relevant/supported create a signing secret and share it with forter if you have already done this for the primer payment webhook, the same signing secret is used, and you can skip this step navigate to the webhooks section on the developers page of the primer dashboard then, select the webhook signing button save the signing secret to a txt file with the file naming convention "jcbr yoursitename processorname" (e g "jcbr tshirtsexpress primer") and https //portal forter com/app/integration/docs/secure file transfer please notify your forter implementation engineer once you have uploaded these files your forter implementation engineer will securely add your secret key to the forter database and let you know when this step is complete while you are logged in, it is recommended to also set up your
