Checkout Disputes Overview
Forter supports webhooks for both the Checkout NAS and Checkout HUB versions. Please follow the steps that correspond to your Checkout.com version and make sure to upload your private credentials under the naming "JCBR-merchantName-Checkout.txt" to your dedicated Forter S3 subfolder or bucket. The instructions for logging into your dedicated S3 bucket/subfolder can be found at the bottom of the historical data transfer page here.
Multiple Checkout Accounts for a single Forter site
Currently, Forter only supports 1 checkout account to 1 portal site. This means that if you have multiple checkout accounts pointing to a single portal site, you will only be able to set up a dispute webhook for one account. Remaining accounts will need to provide chargebacks via an alternate method such as the Forter claims API, a csv file, or manual update in the Forter portal.
