Upload Static Evidence

Overview

Static evidence refers to the components of a representment letter that remain consistent across all chargebacks, regardless of the reason code. These materials are embedded into your dispute letter templates to maintain brand accuracy and support dispute credibility.

Once submitted, Forter will incorporate these assets into your template automatically. Please follow the formatting requirements below to ensure proper rendering and successful submission.
